Just so people don't get frightened off -- it IS possible to see many benefits from the raw food diet without having to jump in all at once.

You can ease in at your own pace. Just add more fresh, organic fruits and vegetables to your diet as you can.

No need to make drastic changes like "no meat for a month" (unless of course that's what you want to do).

The important thing is to do what you can to get started. Once you start seeing some encouraging results, the rest will come naturally.

Good luck!

Hi -

Great blog. This diet is a tremendous boost for people who really want to cleanse your system. I have found that I feel extremely light and energized, and that is when I only go raw for a WEEK! I have also done a tremendous amount of research and not found a SINGLE negative impact that can be substantiated (many people think you HAVE to eat animal protein to be healthy).

So, again. Thanks for the great blog. Good information you are putting out!!!

I found this new sugar substitute. It is nothing like what I have tried in the past.
The stuff is made from organic natural sugar and it has zero calories and a zero glycemic index. The only ingredient in this product is Organic Erythritol. A form of sugar alcohol.
This is the best sugar substitute ever. Forget Splenda. That stuff is totally artificial.
If you are on a diet you owe it to yourself to try this product. Oh I almost forgot : it is called Organic Zero and it's made by Wholesome Sweeteners. Available at your local health food store and Amazon.
